Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My wife attempted to phone in an order. Our family have tomatoes allergies, so we order Olive Oil and Garlic sauce. The male employee 1st acted like he did not know what she was talking about. He then told her that sauce was only put on certain specialty pizzas. I then said we order the olive oil and garlic sauce on our pizza all the time and we don't order the specialty pizzas. He then told my wife we could order the sauce on the pizza. He read off the order and stated olive oil and chopped garlic. She attempted to ask him about the chopped portion an hehung up on her, without obtaining her information and/or completing the order. He demonstrated a lack of patience and did not provide good customer service.

Tried to phone in an order. My Family is allergic to tomatoes. So I attempted to ask for Olive Oil and Garlic sauce. The man who answered first acted like he did not know what I was talking about. Then he said that sauce only goes on certain pizzas. My husband was in the back ground and heard the conversation. He told the man we order the sauce on pizzas all the time. He then said yes you can get the sauce on any pizza. He then talked about chopped Garlic and I attempted to clarify it. My husband then said it's probably just a difference in terminology. I was going to complete our order and the man hung up on me, without getting my name or phone number, (closing out the order).

It really is unfortunate because my family and I just love Papa Murphy's, and the location I'm reviewing is the closest to where I live plus I think it's one of the oldest ones in the area. The food is always good that's never the problem the problem comes more with staff that makes you feel like your burdening them to make an order. I Unknowledgeable about the items they serve and sell! If you don't like working with the public then this is not the right place!

I’ve had generally good experiences here, and have been using this location since they opened, some 10 years ago. The food is always good, and the amount of time spent waiting is usually minimal. The store is always kept very clean and neat, and the side items are typically well-stocked. They seem to have gotten a little slow recently, but that could easily be just a one-off. I’ll certainly continue coming here.

Let's see where do I begin? First off I ordered online ahead of me getting there to save on time. I was early so i went to target across the parking lot. Came across the street at the time it should have been done. Upon arriving there was one lady ahead of me whom they helped immediately. Me, not so much. I told the man my order and he told me they hadn't even started it yet. Which was irritating but not upsetting seeing how i chose to pay in store. I can understand them not wanting to waste product in case i didn't show. By this time the store is empty. I'm the only person there with two workers. My order wasn't complicated even for a child. Just two pizzas and a salad. I should've been out in 5-10 mins tops but no i was in there for 30-45 before my order was finished. It took so long i had to ask what was going on. The guy instructed me he needed to put toppings on my salad. Mind you I was the only customer in there for about 10-15 mins. Like seriously how long does it take to throw some toppings on a pizza and salad ESPECIALLY ONE YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO COOK!! The other pizza chains can why can't papa Murphy's? Included are pictures of my salad. They just threw the trash pieces in there smh. Do better!!
